Transaction Data

If you order outfits through our “Shop Fit” pipeline, payment details (managed securely through Stripe) and delivery parameters (shipping addresses, phone numbers) are logged to coordinate payment authorization and fulfillment.

Stripe securely processes your credit card. Shipping addresses and matching items are disclosed to merchant suppliers to route orders.

Business Transitions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, styling data could be shifted to the succeeding entity as part of structural assets.

Compliance & Protection

We disclose account logs if demanded by official subpoenas, court orders, or to protect the safety and intellectual property of Fashlook.

5. Data Security & Retention

Standard credentials and account metadata are hosted inside isolated datastores equipped with disk-level encryption. Checkout pipelines route payment details directly through Stripe using standard tokens; no credit card numbers ever touch or reside on our application database.

Data Retention: We store details for the duration your Fashlook account is open. If you elect to pause or delete your account, styling logs and profile configurations are removed from active databases within 30 business days, though some anonymous style tags and aggregated metrics may persist for research optimization.

Closet Adjustments: You can edit, hide, or archive items inside your digital wardrobe or make specific closet categories private so they are not shared on the Explore feed.
